Touch Hack: Windows Media Player

Hey guys! Remember the WMP Classic Hack I posted about a month ago by theislander? Well it’s back, but this time for the touch hack! This firmware includes the theme with the latest pics and resources by theislander. If any more come up, I will post them in another thread. Also, this time, there is a small album art and large album art download for the 5G and 5.5G, so there are 4 downloads here…if you guys encounter any problem with the firmware, please PM me on the iPodWizard website. Installation of this theme is the same as any other; load it in iPW, click write to iPod, eject, and enjoy!

Classic Hack: WMP Resources

Hey there! Alright, so theislander has posted some new resources that clean up the hack a lil bit…here they are!

1) No Album Art Alignment Fix- Fixes the alignment of songs with no song album art if there was album art, so it’s not right in the center, but aligned like songs with album art. Click here to download (5G/5.5G)

To install: Load iPod Firmware in iPW, click the Layout Tab, under the subcategory make sure its on Scheme Layouts, click Load All, and navigate to the folder you extracted from the file you downloaded. Next, once it says successfully wrote ___ resources, ___ being the number loaded, click write, and eject.

Now, these are pretty large files, about 45 megs each…but once downloaded, you will be happy!

To install: Load iPW 1.3, under edit mode click firmware file, load it up, click write to iPod, eject, and enjoy!

Sorry for the inconvenience from yesterday’s posted firmwares. I am deeply sorry for any problems that may have arisen during the install on your iPod. There seemed to be many a people with a boot loop…well that is fixed. I am pretty sure. I have tested this on my 5G iPod and it works perfectly. Well, there you go!
